Our research questions

The liver, pancreas, and biliary tract represent some of the most complex challenges in oncology. Our team currently focuses on:

• Biomarker Discovery: Identifying predictive and prognostic markers to personalize cancer treatment.
• The tumor microbiome: Investigating the role of intra-tumoral microorganisms as both predictors of disease progression and potential therapeutic targets.
